Are located in the center of Concord, a perfect location near each other.
The cost per person ranges from $145 to $343 per night.

How to book your Cottage or a Hotel room with our “Special Code”.
CALL the hotel at 978-369-9200 with the code. Reservations are only made with your code over the phone.
Let the reservationist know you are with The Happy Traveler US and a block of rooms in the cottages and the Prescot Wing have been reserved for our group.
Tell them our “Special Code” that will be emailed to you upon registration to the class.Please do not try to book your room on-line

The Colonial Inn

(2) Prescott Cottages located on the Colonial Inn grounds. (3 to 4 guests per cottage) Each cottage has two bedrooms.
1.     There are 2 cottages 3 to 4 guests per cottage. In the cottages there are 2 bedrooms:
Room #1     One king size bed
Room#2      Two twin beds

Cost is $435 per night per cottage

The Colonial Inn Hotel has several Queen and King Size bedded rooms with one bedroom.

There are only 2 rooms with 2 beds. They are located in the Prescott Wing:
The cost for a bedded double room is $339 per night.
One bed per room

Cost starts at $235 per room per night

The Dickenson Suite (2 to 3 guests)
One bedroom suite with 2 beds and a pullout sleeper couch in the living room and a kitchenette.

Cost $175 to $235 per night

Bedroom has two queen size beds
Living room has a pullout sofa bed (additional $15 per night)

The Thoreau Suite
1 bedroom (1 to 2 guests)

Cost $200 to $275
